- F LMy son loves to learn Kung Fu at Rong’s Kung Fu Academy. Master Rong instinctively knows how to create a warm and friendly classroom environment. He is very organized and well prepared for his lessons yet is very flexible when it comes to making unexpected changes. His classes meet the needs of his diverse student population, and he delivers these lessons with the expectation of mastery level outcomes. Master Rong is a dependable and driven person who develops inspiring relationships with children. He has a wonderful rapport with people of all ages and nurtures children at every point. I have had the good fortune to know him and see children respond positively to him. I truly appreciate all the positive impact that Master Rong has had on my son and my family.

He loved the place so much that he didn't want to leave after class is over. What I loved about the academy is that Master Rong keep the class size small and he gives everyone his attention. Our students young and old can achieve physical stamina and agility through learning and practicing basic skills such as stretching, push-ups, jumping, and tumbling. In addition, our training includes the fundamentals of Shaolin Kung Fu techniques and forms. Advanced students will also learn to incorporate various traditional Kung Fu weapons into their training to master complete mind and body coordination. Through regular training and a consistent regimen, students acquire self-confidence, self-discipline, mind and body fitness and wellness.
